Watcher's Council Results, Father's Day Edition



The Council has spoken! Here are the results of our weekly Watcher's Council contest.

This week we had ties in both the Council and non-council categories, which means the Watcher casts 1 vote and does the tie breaking, as per our arcane bylaws.

In the tie breaking process, my piece The EU’s Bizarro world view of Gaza lost out for the top spot, but if I had to lose to anyone, I'm sure glad the winner was Omri at Mere Rhetoric's excellent expose of morally bankrupt media, NYT: “Angry Israeli Commandos” Turned “Ship Of Protesters Into Bloodbath”.

In the Non-Council category, the tie breaking vote went to the Elder of Ziyon - for Gaza: The “Staggering quality of the very ordinary” an expose' of exactly how dire a 'humanitarian crisis' Gaza is.
